The installation of screens at Playland LLC has a fee of $150 per event. Each company must carry the necessary extensions for their connections and their equipment must not have a load greater than 10 Amps. They have an assembly time of 30 minutes before the event and a disassembly time of 30 minutes at the end of the event.
Any damage to our equipment or electrical installation, caused by high amperage of equipment external to Playland LLC, will have a fee of $300.
Playland LLC is not responsible for events due to electrical failures caused by equipment external to our facilities.
The use of electrical outlets for low amperage services (photo booth, cotton candy machine, popcorn, others) has a fee of $75 per event. This equipment must not emit any type of smoke, the activation of the fire alarm will have a fee of $100. They have an assembly time of 30 minutes before the event and a disassembly time of 30 minutes at the end of the event.
Vendors of various services (entertainment show, face painting, art station, others) have a fee of $50 per event for the use of the facilities, logistics and cleaning. They have an assembly time of 30 minutes before the event and a disassembly time of 30 minutes at the end of the event.
Authorized decorators have a set-up time of an hour and a half before the event and must pick up within 30 minutes at the end of the event schedule, additional time fee $25 every half hour.
The use of confetti (papelillos) is not allowed in our facilities. The use of this material has a cleaning charge of $100.
